I have always been interested in others, tried to support or advise if they asked for it. I have focused my professional carrier to HR because I enjoy working with people, help with their development and accompany them when searching for their goals and objectives and support them in fulfilling their goals and dreams.

I have gained my University diploma in English studies (Palacky University Olomouc), Andragogy specialized on HR management (Palacky University Olomouc) and MBA (FIBAA) also focused on HR. I have been working in senior HR roles in the U.K. and in the Czech Republic and used my gained knowledge in coaching and trainings that I deliver, too. I am a International Coach Federation certified coach (ACC), have coached over 1,000 hours and follow the ICF Code of Ethics.

I have finished my psychotherapeutic training (2012-2017) in dynamic group (Prague Psychotherapeutic Faculty) which together with knowledge gained during the studies of psychotherapy (Prague Psychotherapeutic Faculty) help me to understand my as well as others´needs and behavior.

I keep developing my skills and knowledge, recently in Aromatherapy studies or further education in hypnosis.
