What can you expect?
Do not expect the coach to tell you exactly what to do in a specific situation to solve it. The coach will not tell you what to do to gain your goals and objectives or what to change in your life. The coach will lead and guide you, will ask strong and specific questions, ask about your plans and goals – it is up to you to chose the best direction towards your goal. The coach will help you to find your own way to solve your issues. It is up to you. The coach fully trusts and supports you, believes that you are able to succeed and fulfill your goals.
What can you deal with?
Anything and everything that have recently been on your mind, what worries you. You may wonder what to do next in your life, what to focus on or you would like to discuss your ralationship, children….or you simply want to change yourself. Coaching can help with any topic you choose. I focus on life, business and carrier coaching.
How it works?
Please do not expect that everything will be changed after one session. The first session is about discussing and identifying the key areas of your development and creating your future plan towards the changes. Each session takes 1-1.5 hours in a neutral place where you feel comfortable.
What method is used?
I use Brain-based coaching, created by an internation organization NeuroLeadershipGroup. Brain-based coaching is a coaching approach rooted in contemporary neuroscience: the scientific study of the brain and the rest of the nervous system. Using the latest insights into how the brain works, brain-based coaching is a new approach which complements and amplifies the principles and practises of coaching to create yet more powerful, positive and transformational changes for the coachee. This approach will focus on the thinking; help you break out of autopilot; encourage new thinking and insight; leverage your brain’s preference for hardwiring; and embed new learning and behaviour. Brain-based coaching can thus be defined as: facilitating positive change by first improving the thinking.
