Team coaching

Team coaching can be used in cases when we need to focus on solving situations related to a team or on working with long term goals of the specific team. The topics may cover, for example, stating goals and objectives, fulfilling the goals in an effective manner, development of a team. Very often there are individual coaching and team coaching combined also together with different development activities. Team coaching is for a team of 4 to 12 team members.

How it works

Goals of the coaching are agreed on an individual basis according to the needs and options of the coached team. When dealing with urgent issues we usually use a short and intensive work (one-day or few-days meetings followed by team workshops). When working on a long-term goals, a half day or one-day regular meetings are organized for the period of one or two years.

Coached teams usually receive:

  • defined goals and objectives, team strategies and their execution
  • clarification of the team priorities 
  • reinforcement of the team responsibility
  • increased team work performance
  • development of team cooperation and communication
  • reinforcement of ability to deal with conflict and use team diversity in more effective way
  • using potential of an individual and correlate it with the goals of the team
